Bruce started in the insurance business in 1961 as a property-casualty underwriter for Travelers Insurance.

He became an agent in 1967 and started Thoroughbred Associates, Inc. in 1975. He is also the recipient of the Robinson Award.

Bruce currently functions as agency Chief Executive and Commercial Lines Salesman.
